Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a transactional legal-technology specialist to design and deploy AI-driven workflows for diligence, clause extraction, and deal-term summaries. You will build prompt libraries, integration pipelines, and reusable components with attorney-ready documentation.

The role requires hands-on AI experience, JD preferred, and collaboration across legal and engineering teams to maintain production workflows and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transactional practice, legal technology, or a related professional-services setting.
• Hands-on AI build experience—prompt engineering and AI workflow or agent development.
• Familiarity with leading legal AI platforms and RAG concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI workflows for transactional use cases (diligence, clause extraction, deal-term summarization).
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, retrieval pipelines, and reusable components.
• Translate practice requirements into technical specs and structured solutions.
• Embed governance, confidentiality, and professional-responsibility guardrails.
• Support rollout, training, and early support for production workflows.
