Job summary

Cozen O’Connor is building a multidisciplinary Legal AI & Practice Transformation team. The Manager, Legal Innovation Operations will run day-to-day operations, translate leadership priorities into organized execution, and manage AI platforms like Harvey, CoCounsel, and DeepJudge.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple technology or innovation projects from planning through execution and ongoing operations.
• Strong program and project management skills, including dependencies, priorities, and risks.
• Track record of building or improving processes and systems to increase team effectiveness.
• Experience supporting technology products with hands-on platform knowledge.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
• Clear, service-oriented communication with users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate program priorities into actionable plans with owners, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage pilots, deployments, and innovation projects across concurrent workstreams; anticipate roadblocks and provide clear recommendations.
• Build and improve operating processes for intake, prioritization, provisioning, license allocation, support, and product updates.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business teams to document needs and coordinate delivery with legal and technical specialists.
• Oversee AI platform operations as the day-to-day owner for designated platforms (e.g., Harvey, CoCounsel, DeepJudge); manage vendor relationships, onboarding, training, and support.
• Monitor adoption, costs, and outcomes; suggest improvements and renewal/expansion decisions; maintain up-to-date documentation.
