Fennemore is seeking a full-time Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to join our growing Denver office. This is a valuable opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to high-level litigation matters in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment. In this role, the Legal Administrative Assistant will collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the litigation lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing complex calendaring, tracking court deadlines, and preparing, filing, and organizing legal documents. The work performed in this position plays an integral role in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of the legal team.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines. The position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to a supportive, client-focused team culture.
