The Administrative Resource Center Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a team of attorneys, paralegals and business support personnel. Some high-level responsibilities include building relationships with assigned team members, creating and editing documents, performing document comparisons, entering and editing daily time, arranging travel, coordinating meeting arrangements and providing overflow support for LEAs.
The main responsibilities of the role include creating and editing documents and maintaining e-filing of client/matter related documents, organizing inboxes and filing emails, performing document comparisons, arranging travel, processing expenses and invoices in collaboration with Williams Lea, editing daily time entries for narrative accuracy including reviewing WIP reports to support clean diary entries according to client guidelines, reconciling temp time when new matters are opened; handling incoming and outgoing mail, and providing additional overflow support to the San Francisco Administrative Resource Center.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
