Minimum Requirements:
- Prior Legal Administrative Assistant work experience essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed legal and administrative support in a Secretarial Service Center (SSC).
- Coordinate office procedures, maintain workflow, and foster teamwork.
- Work effectively with other Legal Administrative Assistants, provide coverage, and volunteer for overflow work.
- Mentor and share knowledge with team members, and lead by example.
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and related logistics for lawyers.
- Organize and communicate pertinent information, answer phones, and assist visitors.
- Type, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Utilize iManage for document management and maintain organized records.
- Manage lawyers’ time entries, billing, and client billing processes.
- Complete work assignments within deadlines, maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Maintain lawyer preferences and communicate with supervisors about availability and time off.
- Participate in the Legal Administrative Assistants Certification Program.
- Ensure timely attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
- Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and integrity with sensitive information.
Compensation : $79,000.00-$110,500.00, plus overtime and bonus
