Robins Kaplan is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide professional, confidential administrative support to our legal team.
The role includes e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts, docketing deadlines, drafting fee agreements, managing case files, coordinating travel, and assisting with timekeeping and CLE tracking. Strong communication and discretion are essential in this fast-paced law firm environment.
The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to legal professionals and attorneys in the fulfillment of their responsibilities with the law firm. The position requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, initiative, flexibility, and dependability.

Experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree desired. Business Litigation or Intellectual Property and Technology desired, but not required.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $30.20 - $44.87 per hour, depending on experience. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.
