Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Consultant (Legacy System Export Developer for PeopleSoft and Oracle E-Business Suite HCM) to support a federal HCM modernization initiative. You will own extraction, validation, and transformation of HR data; map legacy schemas to Oracle Fusion HDL formats; and ensure extracts meet EHRI standards for migration.

Responsibilities include developing SQL/PLSQL extractions, mapping schemas, and building PeopleSoft and Oracle EBS extraction processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for degree.
5+ years of database development, data extraction, or database administration for enterprise HR systems.
3+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS and/or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM.
Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills; ability to write complex extraction queries against large HR databases (>100,000 records).
Experience mapping legacy HR schemas to target system formats for migration projects.
Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies and iterative migration approaches.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

Develop SQL and PL/SQL extraction programs to export employee data from PeopleSoft HRMS and Oracle EBS HCM databases.
Analyze agency configurations and produce mapping from legacy schemas to Oracle Fusion HDL formats.
Build PeopleSoft Application Designer and Application Engine processes for automated extraction routines.
Develop Oracle EBS concurrent programs and extraction packages for HR, payroll, and benefits data.
Create SQR reports and validation queries to verify extraction completeness and EHRI compliance.
Design and execute data profiling to identify data quality issues and customizations requiring special treatment.
Maintain PeopleSoft and EBS environments for extraction development and testing, including schema refreshes and performance tuning.
Collaborate with agency administrators to understand configurations and dependencies.
Develop reconciliation procedures to compare legacy counts with extraction outputs.
Document extraction procedures and mapping specifications per SAFe artifact standards.
Support go-live cutover activities with final extraction runs and issue resolution.
