Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Cloud Data Conversion Sr. Developer to lead migration of legacy data into Oracle Cloud ERP. You will design conversion programs, guide junior developers, and act as SME for the data conversion lifecycle, from mock cycles through final cutover.

You will craft complex SQL scripts, reusable templates, and validate data integrity while collaborating with functional consultants and client stakeholders to ensure a successful platform transition.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on data conversion/migration for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, or HCM).
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Experience leading technical data conversion activities through multiple project lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud data loading tools (FBDI and HDL).
• Understanding of ETL principles and data migration lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead data conversion strategies and source-to-target mappings for complex objects.
• Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, and ETL processes for Oracle Cloud formats (FBDI/HDL).
• Own data load cycles from mocks to cutover and manage technical dependencies.
