CACI International Inc. is seeking a Legacy Payroll Systems Analyst to analyze and document legacy mainframe payroll applications, COBOL programs, copybooks, and file structures.

You will craft data extraction approaches and support conversion teams across the federal payroll environment from within the United States. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant mainframe experience, proficiency with JCL/DB2/CICS/Assembler, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

To address inefficiencies in fragmented and aging payroll systems, it is implementing a scalable, cloud-based payroll solution that improves automation, data quality, user experience and compliance, with implementation for the full customer base targeted within eighteen months.This position supports the core implementation call order, which covers discovery and fit-gap analysis, solution design and configuration, data migration, interface development, testing and parallel payroll validation, and cutover through hypercare .
