Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing multiple COTS vendors and projects in large organizations.
• Strong analytical skills: research, synthesize, report findings, solve problems and prioritize.
• Experience mapping business processes, identifying improvements, and guiding meetings.
• Experience establishing PMLC and SDLC framework processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to build relationships and collaborate.
• Proven ability to summarize and escalate issues, and lead weekly status updates.
• Vendor management and Agile (Scrum) experience with feature-driven development.
• Experience creating briefing documents, reports, and presentations for executives.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Project management and vendor oversight of multiple vendors to deliver a seamless solution.
• Support vendor contract management for fixed-fee solutions.
• Assist client with evaluation and selection of vendor tools and solutions.
• Plan, research, coordinate, and evaluate project management implementation.
• Promote industry standards and best practices in PM.
• Support operational and program optimization and provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain a project management schedule and manage vendors.
• Track and manage data for major projects and report progress to executives.
• Advise leadership on project management practices and document milestones.
