Qualifications

• Experience in software development life cycle including designing, developing, testing, integrating and deploying applications.
• Experience in SQL programming and object-oriented analysis and design (OOD).
• Strong experience with JAVA and J2EE technologies and interactions with relational databases.
• Experience with Web Services, RAD, and WebSphere.
• Ability to create, read and understand Oracle-based stored procedures or relational database applications.
• Experience with system integration testing and applying programming techniques and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop software across the full SDLC lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Work with SQL and relational databases using JAVA/J2EE technologies.
• Engage with Web Services, RAD, WebSphere and Oracle stored procedures as part of integration.
• Conduct system integration testing and coordinate defect reporting and fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams and stakeholders to document system requirements.
• Understand data structures and data migration/conversion concepts for relational and multi-dimensional designs.
• Evaluate user requests to determine feasibility, cost, and technical requirements.
• Clarify program objectives with users and formulate development plans.
