Job summary

Trust Fall Technology Group seeks an experienced Project Manager - LED Technology & Integration to lead high-end, technically complex LED installations in hospitality and entertainment environments. You will coordinate with clients, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver projects on time and to exacting standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments, including on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7+ years in project management within construction, AV integration, LED displays, or related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, structural, and low-voltage drawings.
• Proven experience coordinating with general contractors, electricians, architects, engineers, and other trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple custom LED integration projects from kickoff through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and installation timelines.
• Coordinate between clients, contractors, architects, consultants, engineers, manufacturers, installers, and internal teams.
• Attend pre-construction and coordination meetings, site walks, and project closeout events.
• Review drawings to identify coordination conflicts before field problems arise.
• Coordinate high-voltage and low-voltage electrical requirements for LED systems.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, schedules, and progress.
• Collaborate with LED manufacturers and vendors to meet specifications and schedules.
