Trust Fall Technology Group seeks an experienced Project Manager - LED Technology & Integration to lead high-end, technically complex LED installations in hospitality and entertainment environments. You will coordinate with clients, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver projects on time and to exacting standards.
The role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments, including on-site
Trust Fall Technology Group is a full-service technology design and direct-view LED supplier that delivers end-to-end display solutions for commercial, hospitality, entertainment, and experiential environments. The team collaborates with clients on permanent installations, live events, and large-scale activations to create impactful visual experiences. Projects range from architectural video walls to production-grade event systems, operating at the intersection of advanced technology and striking visual design.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - LED Technology & Integration to manage the execution of high-end, technically complex LED video projects within some of the most demanding environments in hospitality and entertainment. Our projects go far beyond traditional rectangular LED displays. We specialize in creative LED, architectural LED, fine-pitch displays, large-format video installations, digital spectaculars, immersive environments, and highly customized LED systems designed for casinos, nightclubs, hotels, resorts, restaurants, entertainment venues, and other high-profile spaces.
A basic working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software is highly preferred. We do not expect this position to replace our engineering or drafting teams, but the ideal candidate should be capable of opening, navigating, and reviewing CAD drawings; understanding dimensions, elevations, sections, details, and architectural plans; performing basic markups or drawing modifications; communicating drawing changes clearly to engineering and drafting teams; and understanding how LED systems interface with architectural, structural, electrical, and low-voltage drawings.
Direct LED experience is highly desirable but not required for the right candidate. Candidates coming from commercial AV, electrical contracting, architectural lighting, digital signage, entertainment technology, specialty construction, or similar integration environments are encouraged to apply.
Experience with any of the following is a significant advantage: Direct-view LED displays | Fine-pitch LED | Creative LED | Video processing | AV systems | Low-voltage infrastructure | Digital signage | DOOH | Architectural media | Entertainment technology | Casino technology | Nightclub production systems | Large-format display systems.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership. Our projects are often custom, highly visible, technically challenging, and unlike anything that has been built before. They require someone who can look beyond a traditional scope of work and understand how dozens of individual details ultimately affect the finished installation.
You should be comfortable walking onto a construction site, identifying a problem, bringing the correct people together, developing a solution, and driving that solution through completion.
Project Manager - LED Technology & Integration Page 2 Attention to detail matters. A few inches of structural interference, an incorrectly located electrical disconnect, an inaccessible service point, or a missed data pathway can create major problems on a custom LED installation. The right Project Manager understands this and works proactively rather than reactively.
This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, visually spectacular technology projects rather than conventional AV installations. Our work lives at the intersection of technology, architecture, construction, entertainment, and experiential design.
One project may involve an ultra-fine-pitch LED installation integrated into a luxury hospitality environment. The next may involve a massive exterior digital spectacular, an immersive nightclub environment, a custom architectural LED feature, or a completely new application of display technology.
If you enjoy solving difficult problems, working with cutting-edge technology, and seeing complex projects transform from drawings into physical installations, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for builders, problem-solvers, and project leaders who want to create projects people remember.
