Job summary

Electronic Theatre Controls seeks a Product Assurance Specialist to support quality testing and validation within the LED product family. You will learn the product line, execute test plans, identify defects, and assist in product development through hands-on validation work.

You will collaborate with R&D, help maintain test equipment, provide technical support, and participate in ISO-aligned training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or associate degree in Electronics with 0–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and project plans.
• Demonstrates basic troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn product line and develop Product Assurance Plans.
• Analyze test cases and report defects.
• Execute predefined Product Assurance programs for LED products.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
• Maintain test equipment and participate in ISO-aligned training.
