Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, in Fairfax, VA, is seeking an energetic electrical design professional to join the Energy Solutions division. You will design, bid, project manage, and commission LED lighting retrofit and replacement projects for a diverse client base, applying a hands-on, data-driven approach.

The ideal candidate has 0–3+ years in electrical design or lighting, with EIT preferred. You will read drawings, develop retrofit solutions, and collaborate with engineers to produce high-quality

Qualifications

• 0–3+ years of electrical design and/or lighting experience.
• EIT certificate preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, bid, manage, and commission LED lighting retrofit projects.
• Collaborate with engineers to produce construction documents.
• Read and interpret engineered drawings, schematics, specifications, etc.
• Assist clients with lighting retrofit solutions.
