Job summary

CMTA, a Legence company, is seeking an engineer to join the Energy Solutions division to design, bid, project manage, and commission LED lighting retrofit projects for CMTA clients. The ideal candidate has 0–3+ years in electrical design or lighting and may have an EIT; strong teamwork and a technical background are valued.

You will read drawings, determine retrofit solutions, and collaborate on construction documents while leveraging AutoCAD/Revit and AGi as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–3+ years of electrical design and/or lighting experience.
• EIT certificate is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineered drawings, schematics, specifications.
• Determine LED lighting retrofit/replacement solutions.

Job Description

The Energy Solutions division of CMTA is the fastest growing division of our large and growing company. This position will work with a team of engineers to design, bid, project manage, and commission LED lighting retrofit and replacement projects for various clients of CMTA. Our ideal candidate is typically a self-motivated individual who thrives on helping clients and has a technical background.

Desired Experience

• 0-3+ years of electrical design and/or lighting experience


• EIT certificate is preferred but not required
