Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to teach business courses at undergraduate and/or graduate level.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a face‑to‑face classroom setting.
• Prepare course materials, syllabi, assignments, and assessments aligned with departmental learning outcomes.
• Maintain regular communication with students and provide timely feedback on assignments.
• Submit final grades and fulfill other instructional responsibilities in accordance with College policies.
• Work collaboratively with department faculty to ensure course quality and consistency.

The undergraduate courses are taught on Juniata’s campus in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Position Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to teach business courses effectively at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

Reports to the Accounting, Business, and Economics Department Chair.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate (Ph.D., DBA, JD, or other appropriate terminal degree) in a related field.
• Professional experience in business.
• Prior college teaching experience in both traditional classroom.
• Experience using a learning management system (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
