Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation laws (CA and federal).
• Experience with Cal/OSHA and Federal OSHA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer workers' compensation claims from start to finish.
• Manage leave of absence processes and FMLA/CFRA compliance.
• Coordinate with supervisors, insurers, and medical staff.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records.
• Draft and revise leave policies to ensure legal compliance.
