What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and administer all leave and accommodation programs, collaborating with managers and associates
- Provide consultation and policy interpretation on disability management issues, including ADA compliance
- Analyze root causes of recurrent leave issues and implement process improvements
- Lead case management review meetings and ensure compliance with leave management vendors
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to leave and accommodation practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leave administration, workers compensation, or absence management in a multi-state environment
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, across all organizational levels
- Proven ability to resolve complex third-party claims and manage sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Experience in HR process improvement and policy development
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations through effective problem-solving
