OSI Systems is seeking a Leave of Absence (LOA) & Workers' Compensation Administrator to support employees with leave and injury claims. You will ensure compliant, timely, and empathetic administration across FMLA, ADA interactive processes, parental and military leaves, and WC.

OSI Systems is seeking a Leave of Absence (LOA) & Workers' Compensation (WC) Administrator. This individual will support employees throughout leave and injury claims by executing compliant, timely, and empathetic administration. They will manage day-to-day case intake, documentation, eligibility determinations, vendor/TPA interactions, and employee communications for company-sponsored and statutory leave programs (e.g., FMLA, ADA interactive process, parental leave, military leave) and workers’ compensation claims. They will need to be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to navigate confidential data with integrity while driving operational consistency and compliance.
Pay may range from $95,000 to $105,000 annually
The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package.
