OSI Systems is seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Technician. This individual will provide computer support and basic troubleshooting of applications, hardware, network, and systems. They will provide technical end-user support, workstation setup and configuration, and routine tasks such as software/hardware installation and upgrades. Additionallu, they will resolve reported problems related to hardware, operating systems and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research in a timely manner. They will have excellent customer service and communication skills and works independently and as part of a team.
Pay may range from $36.00 to $38.00 hourly
The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package.
