Job summary

Michael Page seeks a Leave of Absence Coordinator in Washington, DC to administer and coordinate employee leave programs (FMLA, parental leave, and other time-off policies) ensuring compliance and timely support for staff.

The successful candidate will maintain records, collaborate with payroll, guide managers on eligibility, and contribute to process improvements. A minimum of four years in leave administration and familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred) are expected.
