TriNet in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Associate Leave of Absence Analyst to support LOA inquiries and administration for customers, worksite employees, and internal teams.

You will research cases, document thoroughly, route Salesforce items, and resolve low-to-mid complexity tasks while ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; CLMS is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred.
• Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assists internal and external clients and worksite employees with LOA inquiries via phone, chat, email or case regarding LOA life cycle, regulatory and compliance, and navigation to resources.
• Performs initial research for cases, documents appropriately and resolves low to mid-level complexity daily tasks, escalating to other internal expertise as appropriate.
• Performs administrative tasks including routing of Salesforce items.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
