Job summary

TriNet seeks a detail-oriented Leave of Absence Analyst to support LOA life cycle inquiries from clients, employees, and internal teams. You will research cases, document findings, and route Salesforce items while ensuring regulatory compliance and policy adherence.

The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in a fast-paced client services environment. Office-based role with potential for remote options per company guidelines.

Qualifications

• LOA knowledge and familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of leaves
• CLMS certification preferred
• General LOA knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists internal and external clients and worksite employees with LOA inquiries via phone, chat, email or case regarding LOA life cycle, regulatory and compliance, and navigation to available resources
• Performs initial research for cases, documents appropriately and resolves low to mid-level complexity daily tasks, escalating to other internal expertise as appropriate
• Performs administrative tasks including routing of Salesforce items
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.As a member of the Leave of Absence (LOA) team, the Associate Leave of Absence Analyst provides LOA expertise and the administration of LOA requests to TriNet customers, WSEs and internal TriNet teams. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.
