Dexian in Irving, Texas is seeking an HR Generalist 2 for an on-site, 12-month assignment starting November 2, 2026. This role supports leave administration and policy execution to enhance productivity and business results.

You will manage leave intake and eligibility, coordinate with HR and managers, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with FMLA, disability, and related regulations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of customer service experience, with strong

Responsabilidades

Support employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering leave policies and helping resolve employee questions.
Advise managers and HR on organizational policy matters as it pertains to US Leave administration.
Support HR manager with gathering necessary documents and paperwork with regards to leave reports or requests.
Facilitate leave intake, assessing employee eligibility for applicable leaves and disability benefits.
Manage leave of absence cases throughout the full claim lifecycle, from initiation through return-to-work.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company leave policies and regulations.
Provide ongoing case management, including employee communication, medical documentation review, status updates, and return-to-work planning.
