Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of commensurate professional work experience in lieu of a degree
Five (5) years of related experience working with leave and disability plans; PHR or SHRM-CP Certification Preferred
PC, MS Office, PeopleSoft
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact); Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking); Bilingual Skills Not Required but bilingual in Spanish is preferred
