Premise Health is seeking a full-time Leave Coordinator for our Health Center in Georgetown, KY. The role follows a hybrid schedule: onsite Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with Fridays from home.
You will manage employee absences, leaves, accommodations, and related compliance, serving as a key liaison among employees, HR, and providers. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in HR, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and CPDM certification is a plus.
