Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a seasoned HR Benefits Administrator to manage day-to-day benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k). You will administer PTO and LOA programs, ensuring compliance and accurate deductions in partnership with payroll.
The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and HRIS expertise, with 5+ years in HR. A Bachelor’s in a related field and HR certification are preferred. This is a full-time position in the Phoenix area.

Responsible for day-to-day administration of benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending and 401(k).
Administers the company’s paid time off programs and leave of absence to meet established guidelines and regulations under the Family Medical Leave Act and administers the Americans with Disabilities Act.
