Job summary

Western & Southern Financial Group is hiring a Benefits Leave Administrator to support leave of absence requests with a third-party administrator and to evaluate accommodations under the ADA for associates across the Home Office, Agency Field, and Gerber Life.

You will manage timecards, apply short-term disability payments, and communicate with associates at all levels while partnering with the third-party administrator to ensure accurate pay and compliant leave processes.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between associates and third-party FMLA/Disability administrator to ensure case management and provide support.
• Manages associate timecards for leave of absence and inputs time off according to payroll schedules and third-party guidance.
• Applies short-term disability pay based on plan provisions and company policies with approvals by the third-party administrator.
• Communicates with associates at all levels of the company in writing and verbally.
