LEE Industries in Conover, NC is hiring a Leather Top Stitch Sewer to run the topstitch (double-needle) machine on cushions and flatwork, following blind seams and production schedules.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers 40–45 hours per week with no Saturdays, a comprehensive benefits package, day-one healthcare access for employees and families, and two company-wide shutdown weeks.

Formación

• Experience with double-needle topstitching on cushions and flatwork.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Able to work in fast-paced production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate topstitch (double needle) machine to follow blind-seam on cushions and flatwork.
• Meet production schedule and maintain quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
