Job summary

The Tipton Group in Tyler, TX is seeking an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants and achieve high occupancy.

You will establish rapport with residents, conduct unit tours, follow up with prospects, and handle leasing forms and payments in a fast-paced, team-driven office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent.
• Working knowledge of property management software.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service

• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
