Job summary

TIPTON ASSET GROUP is seeking a Leasing Agent in Tyler, TX to present and lease properties to prospective residents. You will act as the friendly face of the management office and help achieve high occupancy by guiding prospective tenants through tours and the leasing process.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of leasing experience and familiarity with property management software, particularly Onesite.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent.
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite.

The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:
