The Tipton Group is hiring a Leasing Agent in Spring, TX to present and lease properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy and excellent customer service. You will greet prospects, guide tours, and process leasing paperwork, while supporting standard pre-employment checks and promotional growth paths.

The role requires a minimum of one year in leasing, familiarity with property management software, and a high school diploma or GED.

The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing professional
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite, Knock, Vero, Blue Moon
