Job summary

Tipton Asset Group, Inc. is seeking an efficient Leasing Agent for Tyler, TX to present and lease properties to prospective tenants. You will be the friendly face of our property and a key representative of the management office.

Responsibilities include touring units, following up with prospective tenants, preparing leasing forms, and collecting payments. A minimum of one year of leasing experience and knowledge of Onesite are required.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent.
• Working knowledge of property management software, Onesite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service.
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units.
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants.
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments.
