At Home Real Estate Services is seeking a reliable Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our Springfield team. This weekend-focused role involves answering calls, showing properties, and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable using calendar and office software. Weekend availability is required, with total hours around 24–30 per week.

24–30 Hours Per Week | Weekend Position | Optional Monday Hours

At Home Real Estate Services is a growing, award-winning property management company looking for an energetic, motivated, and dependable Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team!

We offer a fast-paced, professional, and fun work environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and knows how to turn a great conversation into a great leasing experience.

This is not simply an answering-the-phone position. We need someone who can take initiative, manage multiple priorities, confidently show rental properties, follow up with prospective residents, and help get homes rented.

Work Schedule

• Friday: In-office, assisting with leasing operations, calls, scheduling, and customer service.
• Saturday & Sunday: Answering leasing calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and conducting property showings.
• Monday: Additional hours may be available if desired.
• Total: Approximately 24–30 hours per week.

Weekend availability is required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and managing their schedule and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming leasing calls and respond promptly to rental inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct in-person property showings on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Help prospective residents find rental homes that meet their needs.
• Follow up with interested prospects to encourage applications and move the leasing process forward.
• Maintain accurate showing schedules and calendars.
• Provide detailed information about available rental properties, pricing, and leasing requirements.
• Assist with creating and updating rental listings.
• Enter prospect information, notes, and communications into our property management software.
• Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure smooth communication and follow-through.
• Assist with move-in preparation, keys, and leasing paperwork.
• Handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Support other team members and contribute to the overall success of our leasing department.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, or real estate is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and inquiries.
• Proficiency with Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to rental properties for showings.
• Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
