Fairfield Property Management is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team. You will act as the liaison between the management office and current or prospective residents, marketing the property, screening applicants, and ensuring a welcoming leasing office environment.

The role requires weekend availability and strong organizational skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service to create a positive living experience and maintain high occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance required.
• Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook; ability to write professional correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments.
• Answers incoming phone calls and converts inquiries from prospective residents into scheduled appointments to visit the community.
• Stays up to date on current availability and waiting lists and contacts prospects.
• Maintains resident files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provides exceptional customer service to current and future residents to promote a quality living experience and maintain a high occupancy level.

As the liaison between our management office and current/prospective residents, you'll play a pivotal role in marketing our property, screening potential residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the leasing office. With exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, you will have a direct impact on creating an excellent living experience.

The schedule for the position is:

• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30-5:30
• Friday: 8:30-12:30
• Rotating Saturdays: 10:00-3:00
