Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience; leasing experience preferred.
• Illinois leasing license or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Tour prospects and lease apartments.
• Process applications and respond to inquiries.
• Update resident databases; conduct inspections of vacant units.
