Green Alpha Property Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage tenant relations and leasing activities near Mobile, AL. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, present properties, and handle applications and lease terms.

Join a team focused on delivering excellent rental experiences, processing payments, and coordinating maintenance while maintaining accurate tenant records and ensuring timely communication with tenants and team members.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service or property leasing preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate lease terms.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants and prospects.
• Proficient in data entry and record keeping maintaining accurate tenant information.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters.
• Provide accurate information about rental properties, including pricing, amenities, and lease terms.
• Process rental applications and perform background checks on applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.
• Collect rent payments and follow up on any late or outstanding payments.
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organized files and records of tenant information, leases, and maintenance requests.
• Utilize company software to track leads, prospects, and tenant interactions.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed.
