Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry and record keeping maintaining accurate tenant information.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Green Alpha Property Management is the property management business of a real estate management and commercial investment company headquartered in Raleigh, NC and with a strong presence throughout the Southeast United States. As Leasing Specialist, you will be a key piece in how we manage our complexes near Mobile, AL daily.

You will be on a critical team that is responsible for helping to ensure that our tenants have the best possible rental experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Leasing Specialist you will bring a positive, upbeat, and driven attitude to help build lasting relationships with tenants and team members. This role will:
