Hilltop Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Vista at Palma Sola in Bradenton, FL. You will manage leasing processes, assist applicants, and help create a welcoming office environment with a focus on top-tier resident experience.

Responsibilities include guiding tours, processing applications, and promoting the community while maintaining high service standards and strong communication with prospects and residents.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Conventional Apartment or Student Housing leasing experience preferred.
• Outgoing, gregarious personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing and sales.
• Active knowledge of online social media and social presence avenues.
• Proficiency in converting phone calls to appointments and appointments to leases.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and maintain retention.
• Complete all lease applications, assist with verification, notify prospective residents of results.
• Promote a friendly, professional office environment with exemplary customer service.
• Regularly inspect tour path, amenities, model, and community for quality assurance.
• Work as a team to overcome obstacles.
