Job summary

Omega Management Group is seeking a Leasing Agent to lease apartments while maintaining a strong customer service philosophy. You will work with the Residential Manager on administrative, leasing, and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring courteous service to residents and prospects.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, accurate record keeping, and proficiency with common office equipment and computing tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior apartment leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and process rental paperwork.
• Assist Residential Manager with administrative duties.
• Compute rents, prorates, and maintain accurate records.
• Handle deposits and daily office tasks.
• Provide courteous service to residents and prospects.
