Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator in Tigard, OR to drive occupancy and revenue by coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal activities for the community. You will greet prospects, schedule tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

You will stay informed on market conditions, implement marketing plans, work with maintenance, and leverage OneSite or Yardi to track data, while meeting company standards for show quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing multifamily properties and achieving occupancy goals.
• Strong marketing and lead generation abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, and complete credit and background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages and coordinate smooth move-ins.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic through internet marketing and referrals.
• Use property management software to track availability and leases.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and coordinate renewal packages.
