The role involves welcoming prospects, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and program requirements. You will work with the leasing office team, communicating effectively with residents, vendors, and internal staff while using property management software and MS Office

Qualifications

• Knowledge and 1 to 2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Positive attitude with a solution-focused, customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Maintain high legal and ethical standards in work decisions.
• Attention to detail and strong quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and shows prospective residents using leasing techniques.
• Responds to phone calls professionally from prospects, residents, and vendors.
• Processes applications and recertifications per program requirements.
• Ensures office opens on schedule and model apartments are clean and tidy.
• Maintains accurate reporting and time submissions.
