Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention, while supporting the Property Manager.

The role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Proficiency with YARDI and MS Office is expected. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in customer service or sales preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and local Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes, generate traffic, respond to inquiries, tour prospects, and close the sale.
• Inspect property cleanliness and report needs; assist maintenance.
• Rent applications, collect documents, schedule move-ins, and file leases.
• Maintain lease files and track traffic sources; target 30% conversion.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours and with at least two more contacts.
• Assist in community marketing and outreach visits.
• Deliver move-in presentations to new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals and approval processes.
• Use MS Office and YARDI for daily tasks.
