Richmark Properties in Wichita Falls, Texas, is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent with a strong background in marketing and customer service to attract and retain residents through proactive outreach and excellent communication. You will advertise units, respond to inquiries, conduct showings, screen applicants, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing while delivering outstanding service.

Weekend availability is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment industry experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, leasing, and marketing abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance.
• Must be open to work weekends.
