The Collier Companies is seeking a Leasing Specialist for an on-site role in Oviedo, FL. You will greet prospects, explain leasing terms, show available homes, and guide applicants through the approval process.

Key responsibilities include following up on leads, coordinating promotions and events, and maintaining resident files while delivering outstanding service to residents and prospects alike.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leasing or customer service experience in retail, hospitality, housing or multi-family environments.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced leasing office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Lease apartment homes by creating relationships and showcasing the benefits of living at a The Collier Companies community.
• Always be closing – over the phone, through email and in person; you are the product expert on the property and neighborhood.
• Create and implement promotional programs, including online advertising and resident events.
• Maintain accurate resident files and follow up on leads to drive occupancy.
