Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• 1-2 years leasing experience required, 2-3 years experience preferred.
• CAM or similar industry certifications are advantageous.
• Bi-lingual skills wanted.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads in a timely manner, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Show rental units and relay property specifics to potential renters.
• Inspect units for move-ins and move-outs.
• Generate leases to be reviewed and signed by renters.
• Make and direct appointments with leads for tours of properties.
• Close work orders and ensure office runs smoothly.

This position requires an elevated level of communication and interaction with future and current residents of our properties.
