Four Seasons Property Management, Inc. is seeking a friendly Residential Leasing Agent to market available homes, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects through the leasing process in our small local office.

You will conduct property tours, build rapport with prospective residents, and coordinate with the Property Manager. The role includes supporting social media, listings, and outreach while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, hospitality, or other client-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable speaking with prospective residents and conducting property tours and inspections.

Four Seasons Property Management, Inc. is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Residential Leasing Agent to join our small local team. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, this position plays an important role in marketing our available rental homes, assisting prospective residents, and providing a positive customer experience throughout the leasing process.

The ideal candidate is personable, enthusiastic, organized, and confident communicating by phone, email, and in person. Previous real estate, leasing, or property management experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

• Spanish-speaking ability

Additional Information

• This is a full-time, 100% in-office position
• The position operates during standard business hours 8:30am - 5pm Monday through Friday
