• Minimum 2 years of residential leasing experience.
• Strong leasing, sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and experience managing leads and administrative responsibilities.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude and work ethic to deliver exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Leasing Success: Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, follow up on leads, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Create Exceptional First Impressions: Respond to calls and inquiries professionally and enthusiastically.
• Build Strong Resident Relationships: Foster positive relationships with residents and a welcoming community.
• Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Handle lease prep, administrative tasks, and lead management.
• Support Financial Performance: Assist with rent collection and follow up on balances as needed.
• Coordinate Service Requests: Ensure maintenance requests are communicated and addressed promptly.
• Bring the Community to Life: Plan and execute resident events to build engagement.
• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with management to maintain an attractive, well-run community.
