Responsibilities

• Conduct daily leasing activities to achieve occupancy and rent growth.
• Show apartments and explain features to prospects.
• Process lease paperwork accurately and timely.
• Respond to resident requests and maintain resident relations.
• Qualify prospects and perform follow-ups on leads.
• Collaborate with team to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies.
